We do our best to get your rubber bands out the door quickly and into your hands as soon as possible. Here’s what to expect when you place an order with us:

Processing Time

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST typically ship the same day.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will usually ship the next business day.

• In rare cases or during high-volume periods, processing may take 2-5 business days.

Carriers We Use

We currently ship using USPS and UPS, and you’ll be able to choose your preferred method at checkout if options are available for your area.

Delivery Time

Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping time depends on the carrier and the service selected. While we’ll provide tracking and do everything we can to get your package to you quickly, please note:

We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been shipped.

This includes weather, customs, holidays, or any unforeseen transit issues.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
